Designer looks deserve designer accessories… Hands Neck Feet Legs

. If your eyes are the windows to your soul, your hands are the instruments by which you express it

Aged hands belie a youthful face, so why are they often an afterthought?  Battered by constant activity and exposure to the elements, our hands are very vulnerable to damage, culminating in crepey and pigmented skin.  Diminishing volume as we age makes veins more prominent, particularly in those who are naturally thin or weight conscious.

Rejuvenation-Nurture-Protection To restore and maintain a youthful elegance in our hands, the best approach is a combination of treatments to revitalise to revitalise the texture and appearance of the skin.

Hand Rejuvenation  Skin quality- pigmented, dry/crepey skin  Dermaroller  Mesotherapy  Lasers  Photo-rejuvenation,  Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)  Volume – veiny and withered appearance  Fillers  PRP  (platelet rich plasma)

Turning back time in the neck and jawline As we age, gravity, volume loss, skin laxity and increased bone re-absorption all work to soften the once firm structures of the neck and jawline.

Introducing the revolutionary Neck & Jawline Programme to sharpen, tighten and smooth.

How to achieve results…  2 sessions of “Sculptra” deep injectable fillers  3 sessions of Dermaroller micro- needling treatment which works deep within the skin, boosting the production of collagen for a long- lasting and entirely natural rejuvenation effect  Professional NeoStrata® chemical peel to exfoliate the surface layer of skin, revealing brighter, fresher, newer skin beneath and promoting the body’s own production of new skin cells  NeoStrata® home neck care product to complement, continue and extend the treatment programme  5 sessions of fat reduction injections to tackle the jawline and excess fat under the chin

Understanding Feet…  The foot is made up of flexible structures of bones, joints, muscles, and soft tissues  allows us to stand up right and be active  walking, running, jumping, climbing, dancing…  There are also many different types of problems that can occur on the feet

Foot Problems  Athlete’s foot : A fungal infection of the feet, causing dry, flaking, red, and irritated skin.  Bunions : A bony prominence next to the base of the big toe that may cause the big toe to turn inwards.  Calluses: A build up of tough skin over an area of frequent friction or pressure on the feet.  Corns: like calluses, corns consist of excessive tough skin build up at areas of excessive pressure on the feet, mainly on the toes.  Heel spurs: An abnormal growth of bone in the, which may cause severe pain during walking or standing.  Ingrown toenail: One or both sides of toenail may grow into the skin. Ingrown toenails maybe pain full or lead to infection.  Flat Feet: The arches of feet flatten during standing or walking, potentially causing other feet problems.  Nail fungal infection: Fungus creates discoloration or crumbling texture in the toe nail.

Treatments for Feet  Fillers  two different types of fillers, dermal filler and sculptra deep filler  fillers are used to shape the feet and also provide comfort when wearing shoes or stilettos.  Botox  used for ageing feet and also for prevention.  Chemicals peels  Treat tough, rough, dry flaky skin on the feet

Good looking legs  “Spider “ / “thread” veins and cellulite are extremely common amongst adult women.  Whilst not a medical condition, they are a source of much frustration.  Using a non-surgical, combination approach, it’s possible to successfully treat both conditions to give you back more youthful looking legs.

Mesotherapy for cellulite  Cellulite is characterised by “dimpling” of the fatty areas, commonly seen on the buttocks, flanks and thighs.  It occurs when the structure of fat changes beneath the skin and within the connective tissues; so that the appearance of the skin is less smooth.  Women try many treatments for cellulite, including diet, exercise, cream and massage; but the condition can be very hard to shift, especially where it is hormonal or hereditary.

Cellulite responds very well to mesotherapy treatment Mesotherapy can eliminate cellulite on the legs and buttocks  breaking down the orange-peel appearance of skin  producing a smooth contour  To treat cellulite, medications are injected into the skin and the fat layer beneath, causing the fat to break down and be eliminated using the body’s natural processes.  treatments normally recommended for best results  Treatment can be combined with lymphatic drainage and skin tightening such as Dermaroller.

Microsclerotherapy for “thread” and “spider” veins.  Thread veins can be found very near the surface of the skin  red, blue or purple in colour and  up to 5mm in diameter  Medically, thread veins are considered to be quite harmless.  However, they can be an aesthetic problem  especially if they are on a part of the body that is visible, such as the face or legs  causing distress and self- consciousness to the sufferer.

The gold-standard for treating thread veins  Microsclerotherapy thread vein treatment involves using a very fine needle to inject a “sclerosant” solution called Fibro-vein into the area inducing swelling in the vein’s wall.  Causes it to perish and, over a course of treatments, disappear completely  Minimal discomfort during treatment due to the technique and the very small needle size.  Treatment and assessment over several weeks can make thread veins much less noticeable or in some cases invisible. The number of treatments required depends on how many areas need to be treated and the extent of the veins

“Darling, the legs aren't so beautiful, I just know what to do with them.” Marlene Dietrich

Stretch marks  Stretch marks are actually a form of scarring, leaving ridges on the skin. They are not a health risk in themselves, but can be very unsightly and therefore distressing for the sufferer.  They are caused by damage to the dermis and are often as a result of the skin being stretched e.g. through pregnancy or weight gain, which pulls and stretches the skin beyond its elasticity.  Stretch marks first appear as reddish or purple lines, but tend to gradually fade to a lighter range. The affected areas appear empty and are soft to the touch.  They can appear anywhere on the body, but are most likely to affect places where larger amounts of fat are stored, e.g.: abdomen, breasts, upper arms, back, thighs, hips, buttocks

Bespoke stretch-mark and scar treatment.  Depending on the site, size and scale of problem, a number of treatments may be offered or combined to treat the condition:  Dermaroller®  Fillers  Chemical Peels  Treatment is highly effective without the cost and risk of surgery.

“Elegance is not the prerogative of those who have just escaped from adolescence, but of those who have already taken possession of their future.” Coco Chanel.
