Keep your apartment clean to help keep your family healthy!

In the Kitchen Use cutting boards. One for raw meats, and one for fruits and vegetables. Clean them.

Keep roaches and ants away. Keep your apartment clean. Do not leave food out. Use Borax in your cabinets, by sinks, and along floorboards.

Wash your dishes as soon as you are finished using them.

Use bags for your garbage and empty the trash daily. garbage can garbage bags

Take trash to dumpster.

Keep food in closed containers at all times.

Keep food in the refrigerator or freezer. chicken milk eggs refrigerator freezer

Do not put food or grease down the sink.

Clean the sink, counters, and tables.

Wash bathroom and kitchen floors. or

Make your own cleaners. Scrub with baking soda. Clean with white vinegar and water. or

Clean the toilet. Use toilet brush and cleaner for inside the toilet. In the Bathroom

Only put toilet paper in toilets. toilet toilet paper

Do not sweep into Heating and Air Conditioning Vents. In Living Room and Bedrooms Sweep daily.

Mop floors weekly. or

Vacuum carpets weekly. Dust furniture.

Wash and change sheets weekly.

Do not leave garbage or other items outside of your apartment, and do not bring in furniture from outside.

Keeping your body and clothing clean is important too.

Bathe daily and wear clean clothes.

Brush your teeth every morning and every night.
