Company Overview DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc. (“DriveTime”) is the leading used vehicle retailer in the United States with a primary focus on the sale and financing of quality vehicles to the subprime market. Its sister company, DT Acceptance Corp. (“DTAC”), funds and services all loans originated by DriveTime. Over the past 20 years, DriveTime has developed and operated an integrated business model that provides its customers with a comprehensive end-to-end solution for their automotive needs, including the sale, financing and maintenance of vehicles. DriveTime is privately held (Ernie C. Garcia II, Chairman, owns 98.3% and Raymond C.
