The ballot item will be forwarded to the NBIMS PC with approved revisions incorporated in the ballot Item Submittal. Minor changes will be documented by the Workgroup on the portal and in the Workgroup Review Sheet of the Ballot Submittal Form.  Revise/Resubmit - Errors or omissions are substantial. The author needs to revise the ballot item and resubmit it. A list of errors or omissions, with recommended changes, will be provided to the author by the Workgroup.  Rejected – The ballot item is not in the best interest of the NBIMS.
