XMM (45 ksec) [0.5-2] keV 30’ diameter ELAIS-N1 ● XMM-LSS discovery of a z=1.22 galaxy cluster (Bremer et al., submitted) ● IR (K-3.6 μm) red selected clusters at z~1 (Waddington et al., in prep.) ● Highly significant measurements of clustering of 3.6μm- selected galaxies (Waddington et al., in prep) ● Consistent with deep (but small) K-band surveys and with simple stable clustering models (Oliver et al. 2004) ● Current semi-analytic models, e.g. GalICS, agree with data but are limited by the small area and have a too high mass limit (Waddington et al.) GalICS 3.6μm angular correlation function

207th AAS Meeting Washington D.C., 8-13 January SWIRE traces large scale structures in the far-IR ● F ield-to-field variations up to a factor of 2 ● 10-20% dispersion at faint fluxes and larger at bright fluxes due to local structure (e.g., ELAIS-N2) (Alfonso-Luis et al., in prep.) ● Large-scale structure has been measured in all Spitzer MIPS channels covering all SWIRE fields. ● Significant multi-fractal behavior in all channels. (Fang et al., in prep.) (see Poster 63.49) ● Tentative evidence for strong clustering of 24μm-selected (U)LIRGs at z=0.6 (SWIRE/VVDS spectroscopic survey) and z=1-2 (photometric selection) => massive halos (Oliver et al., Farrah/Lonsdale et al., in prep) ● Counts-in-cells distributions consistent with a gravitational quasi- equilibrium distribution function (Masci et al., in press) Mid- and far-IR sources counts (Shupe et al., in prep.) and models (Berta et al., Rowan-Robinson et al., Xu et al., in prep)
