How to raise awareness with the young people and involve them in a participative process in water ?

Non-profit organisation : education for Sustainable development Learning to live sustainably In the 3 regions of Belgium and in Morocco Team : 40 co-workers GREEN : presentation In direct contact with 2000 schools in Belgium. Founded in 1998

Examples : Organization of participative processes and their follow- ups (ex : Parliament of the Brussels Youngsters for the Environment ) Workshops in schools on environmental issues (Water, energy, mobility, nature, climate change, sustainable development, etc.) Realization of awareness campaigns Creation of educational tools … Projects by GREEN

For youngsters living in Brussels aged 11 to 18 Region of Brussels-capital In the regional Parliament, every 2 years since 2001 Young people make a reflection on the environment 3 preparatory meetings before the parliamentary session. Follow-up : the Action plan of the Brussels Youngsters Parliament of the Brussels Youngsters for the Environment

Value the actions that young people start up in favour of the environment, Allow young people to express their ideas and report their experiences Facilitate the dialogue between the young people and environmental experts Discuss and vote actions that improve the Action plan of the Brussels Youngsters Introduce young people in the democratic process OBJECTIVES of the Parliament of the Brussels Youngsters
