Chart Patterns ► Are VERY POWERFUL additions to your trading ► They give you the “HEADS UP” on what to look for ► You can learn them at patterns or FXDD has a FREE MT4 Metatrader add on with Auto Chartist that automatically keeps track of them for you patterns patterns

Why we like them? ► When a pattern sets up – ALL PROFESSIONAL TRADERS know how to trade them ► They have a statistical high probability and therefore, when the pattern breaks hundreds of thousands of traders enter these trades ► That creates MOMENTUM and the ProAct charts will capture that momentum via a White Dot or a Painted Candle and Arrow on a Wild Card template/Royal Flush template

Which Ones? ► All of them are great but these 4 are the most powerful for us: ► Bear and Bull Flags ► Ascending and Descending Wedges ► Triangles are also very strong! ► Let’s look at them – first just a sampling of patterns ( and there are more)….next

Bull Flags Pattern says this breaks North

Typically… ► The distance of the Flagpole going into the flag ► Will equal the distance out- a great target so DON’T CLICK OUT FOR 5!

How do you learn them? ► It takes a MINIMUM of 300 images in your brain’s database to recognize them so you have to draw each pattern manually ALL AT ONCE in the Charts that many times BUT…. ► It takes 24 hours to create a retrieval system to access the brain’s database ► That means that you do ONE PATTERN on ONE DAY and then take ONE DAY off before starting another one.

These patterns … ► Tell you want to look for NEXT ► WAIT for your signal on the break of the pattern or just before the pattern breaks ► Still trade the rules of a Wild Card, Royal Flush RF1010 or 6 aces depending on your relationship to THE DESERT ► Hope this helps!
