The Global Village The world is a crowded place. As of today the world’s population is 6,600,000,000. 24 countries have more that 50 million people. 11 countries have more than 100 million people.

Imagine the world as a village of just 100 people. The Global Village Imagine the world as a village of just 100 people. Each person in the village would represent about 64 million people from the real world Lets’ meet the people of the Global Village

If the World were a village of 100 People 61 are from Asia 12 are from Europe 8 are from Latin America (including Mexico) 13 are from Africa 5 are from North America (excluding Mexico) 1 is from Oceania
