Build the Host network in the Area, Coach Hosts in developing unique and quality Programs, Inspect Accommodation facilities of Hosts, Approve the Programs, adjust the prices, Make the necessary research and planning in their areas of responsibility, to design and have Hosts implement unique Programs.

4 They also coordinate marketing by.. –Assisting Promoters present Vaciland operations to Communities, –Managing the relationship with member Communities, –Organizing and coaching a network of Promoters to implement an extensive marketing effort to Communities, –Coordinating with Vaciland Head Office for cooperation with other areas and Communities, –Helping Sponsors when they need assistance to form their own Personal Groups and Communities.

5 In short, Area Developers are responsible for coaching Hosts and coordinating the marketing team in their respective areas..

6 Area of responsibility Area Developers are given responsibility in a city, part of a city, part of a country, or one or more countries as the need arises. Area Developers are not given exclusivity in an Area.

7 Earning potential for Area Developers It is parallel to the volume of travel activity. They earn upto 6% of the income generated directly through their efforts in the area they are responsible for.

8 Area Developers can assume other roles.. They may also act as Promoter and/or Sponsor and increase their compensation depending on the marketing effort they put into the job. They may also become Hosts under the coaching of another Area Developer.

9 What attributes should an ideal Area Developer have? Good people skills, Leadership experience, Preferrably some marketing or sales experience, Strong local connections, Intellectually well-rounded personality, Fair knowledge of internet at least as a user.
