2 The Learning Aims Comparison report is run by clicking Report in the Previous Summer Census panel of the School Census application. You will need to select the appropriate authorised School Census Summer return before attempting to run this report. Y Y Y Y Y Error

3 Learning Aim Records from the Summer Census 2010 should be marked as sent in error if any of the following is true when compared to the Autumn Census Start Date has changed 2.Planned End Date has changed 3.End Date has changed 4.Completion Status has changed, except when it changes from Continuing to Completed 5.Learning Aim record was included in the Summer as continuing, but does not exist in the Autumn Y Y Y Y Y Error

4 This Summer record is fine as the only changes are those you would expect when a Learning Aim is continuing in the Summer and was completed as expected for the Autumn Y Y Y Y Y Error

5 Clearly there was a mistake made in the Summer, but we cannot indicated this via “sent in error” as there was no record sent in Summer. If there are a lot of records of this sort it might be worth seeking advice from the YPLA. Y Y Y Y Y Error

Y 6 This record should be marked as sent in error as the Start Date has changed Y Y Y Y Error

Y Y Y Y Y 7 This record should be marked as sent it error as the Planned End Date has changed Error

Y Y Y Y Y 8 This record should be marked as sent in error for two reasons. Firstly the End Date has changed and secondly the Completion Status has changed when it wasn’t set to Continuing in Summer
