Nearfix CH Fixing agent for improving the fastness of reactive dyed or printed cellulosic fibres to chlorinated water. Ideal for cotton towels

APPLICATION (a) Pad application is recommended for optimum results The goods are padded at o C, pH with g/l NEARFIX CH and dried in the normal manner. This liquor concentration assumes a wet pick- up of 100%. (b) NEARFIX CH may also be applied by exhaust application. Start at room temperature. Liquor Ratio 1: : 20 Add 2 – 6% o.w.f. NEARFIX CH, run 5 minutes, raise temperature to 40 – 60° C over 5 minutes, run 10 – 15 minutes, rinse and dry. NEARFIX CH gives durable improvement in fastness to UNI EN ISO E03 Chlorinated water fastness with 50 mg/l and 100 mg/l active chlorine, and to JIS-L-0884 test with 20 ppm Cl 2 (severe).

NEARFIX CH improves chlorine fastness of reactive dyes on cotton Also significantly improves washing fastness Scarcely any deterioration in light fastness Hardly any shade change Formaldehyde free
