The Sea

As you may know the dolphin is endangered. These beautiful creatures are at risk of disappearing from the face of the planet forever. Dolphins are mammals so they can only stay 15 minutes underwater, before coming up to breathe again. Dolphins use a special technique to catch their prey. They swim round in circles beating their tails against the surface of the water, creating bubbles which blinds the fish and they cant see where theyre going and swim right into the dolphin. Thats the end of that fish. There are 32 different species of dolphin and 5 species of river dolphin. The dolphins brain weighs about g. They can swim 5 to 12 kilometres per hour. SO PLEASE SAVE THESE EXQUISITE CREATURES!!!!!!!!!!!! Introducing the Dolphin

Sailing Sailing is a sport that you do out at sea. A sailing boat has lots of different ropes and parts to it. It has the rudder that goes into the water and is attached to the tiller that helps to steer the boat. The mainsheet is a rope that is joined to the mainsail, that makes the boat go faster. The boom is also to do with the mainsail, it swings across the boat when you do a tack or a gybe. (turn)

Yipee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
