In continuation of our efforts we are please to launch the IC PNR Script for our valued customers. There have been occasions when some IC bookings on Galileo were not in sync with the bookings reflecting on the Indian system. This script will access the airline system, through the Indian website, and show the Travel Consultant exactly the details available therein.

In cases where the Travel Consultant notices any discrepancy between the Galileo Booking File and the result from the IC website, the Galileo Service Centre at Indian should be contacted immediately. The Toll Free number for our Service Centre is: (The Service Centre at the Indian premises is operational from 9am to 9pm all days of the week)

Galileo officially distributed in India by InterGlobe Technology Quotient Installation details : Copy the IC.htm link provided on the attached file Save this link in C:\FP\SWDIR\CUSTOMVIEWPOINT\SCRIPTS folder Configure on toolbar : –Open Focalpoint –Click on Options – Configure Toolbar –Click on “New Button” –Under Button Definition, click on “Browse” – Select “Airplane” –Under Button Type, click on “Open File”, and enter C:\FP\SWDIR\CustomViewpoint\Scripts\IC.htm –Click on “OK” The IC Script is now configured on the toolbar and is ready for use

Galileo officially distributed in India by InterGlobe Technology Quotient How the Script Works: Step 1 : Create / open Galileo PNR with IC segment Step 2 : Click on IC Script Icon > IC Script will pick up the IC PNR from the Galileo booking >In the background the script will check the status of this PNR using the “PNR Status” option on the Indian website, thus providing the user the current status of the bookings as per the Indian system
