The 40/40 Club, a luxury sports lounge and nightclub owned by hip hop mogul Jay-Z and partner Juan Perez, opened its doors to the public in June 2003. In June 2011, The 40/40 Club flagship location underwent over $10 million in renovations under renowned designer Jeffrey Beers.
