(a and b) Keratinocyte cultures were either left untreated or cholesterol-depleted for 18hours by a combined treatment (1hour 7.5mM MBCD/17hours 10μM lovastatin (lova)) at confluence minus 1 day (C-1), confluence (C), or confluence plus one respectively two days (C+1 resp.
