The Ottawa COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) Risk Scale (OCRS) is used in the emergency department (ED) to identify patients with acute COPD who are at high risk for short-term serious outcomes. To date, no patients have had a score greater than 10. Note: CABG = coronary artery bypass graft, ECG = electrocardiogram, HR = heart rate, PVD = peripheral vascular disease, Sao2 = oxygen saturation. Ian G. Stiell et al.
