Fig. 4 ATP analogs have little effect on the conformation of the 2CARD domain. ATP analogs have little effect on the conformation of the 2CARD domain. RIG-I was mixed with RNA, followed by the indicated ATP analog. A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) identified an effect of ATP analog on 2CARD ejection (F5,12 = 9.362, P = 0.0008) and a Dunnett’s post hoc test identified adenosine diphosphate (ADP)–AlFx as the only sample significantly different from the +SLR14 sample that lacked ATP analog (*P = 0.0143).
