Purpose of Evaluation What are the employment, economic, and other major life outcomes for persons with disabilities (e.g., education, benefit, and income levels), associated with the Navigator intervention strategies? What are the effects of the Navigator intervention strategies on the receipt of SSA and unemployment insurance, and other benefits and services received by participants? What core functions of the Navigator intervention strategies enhance knowledge and program accessibility for job seekers with disabilities using one-stops services?
