Treatment of Early Mover Projects Do “early mover” projects have to adapt the PDD to the new format? Does the PDD have to be made publicly available on the UNFCCC website for 30 days for comments? Determination regarding a PDD to be looked at by JISC for 45 days? What rules should JISC use to evaluate whether the project is an “early mover”?

Structure of Joint Implementation Management Plan 2006-07 Should be practical and comprehensive; Contain the work programme as the main element; Link the activities with the resources; Clear cut responsibilities of JISC members and Secretariat;
