This mass contains suspicious fat components (short arrows, b) on T1-weighted sagittal image (b) and peripheral heterogeneous enhancement on T1-weighted fat-suppressed sagittal image (c). The mass is located close to the sciatic nerve (b, arrows), but the fat plane is preserved between the sciatic nerve and the mass. Fat split sign and target sign were not definite in this mass.
