4 Types of SLOPE

Slope is the steepness of a line. It is a NUMBER!

LEFT - TO - RIGHT SAME THING WITH SLOPE!! EXAMPLES… Read Write Look when you cross the street Solving math problems SAME THING WITH SLOPE!!

A slope is positive if it moves upward from left to right.

A slope is negative if it moves downward from left to right.

A slope is undefined if it is a vertical line.

Zero slope (or no slope) is a horizontal line.

Zero Slope Undefined Slope Positive Slope Negative Slope (Bank account) Negative Slope (Grades) Undefined Slope

Positive or Negative slope?

What type of slope is shown by the buildings?

Which part represents zero slope and which part represents undefined slope?

Positive or Negative slope?
