Geometric Sequences and Series Ch 8.3 Geometric Sequences and Series

What is the difference between arithmetic and geometric sequences? In a Arithmetic Sequence, the difference of consecutive terms is constant. This difference is called the common difference. In a Geometric Sequence, the ratio of any term to the previous term is constant. This constant ratio is called the common ratio.

Tell whether each sequence is arithmetic, geometric, or neither. A arithmetic B not arithmetic C not geo D geo
