Grinds and grooves similar to concrete FASTPATCH—Pavement Preservation Grinds and grooves similar to concrete Recessed markers and saw cut joints in FASTPATCH.

FASTPATCH—Pavement Preservation How does FASTPATCH Repair & Preserve Slabs? Interlocks slabs to transfer load across joints and broken areas. Stabilize slab and provide support. Seal joints/cracks from moisture and debris to prevent spalls. Grinds and grooves similar to concrete. Spall repair—large and small. ALL This in one product--FASTPATCH.

FASTPATCH Pavement Preservation Summary for DOTs FASTPATCH Pavement Preservation Simple, Fast, Cost Effective, and Mitigates More Costly Repairs

FASTPATCH—Pavement Preservation Why use FASTPATCH? It is a proven durable material that results in lower life-cycle costs by repairing concrete slabs and sealing joints. It “adds value” to damaged concrete slabs and defers the replacement of slabs.

FASTPATCH—Pavement Preservation Why use FASTPATCH? Excellent adhesion to concrete and steel Tough material for long term repairs Integral flexibility for impact and movement Fast cure time for rapid repairs, even at low temperatures. Machine applied eliminates batch mixing & waste

FASTPATCH – How does it work? Polyurethane technology Flexible yet resilient Low Modulus – hardness does not always equate to toughness. FASTPATCH provides: STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Strength & Flexibility Elastomeric Concrete & FASTPATCH Rigid Concrete Strength Strength + Flexibility Epoxy - Urethane Epoxy / Concrete Urethane Modulus of Elasticity (psi) 120,000 - 500,000 6,000 - 8,000 Tensile Strength (psi) 5,000 - 7,000 750 - 1,500 Elongation at Break (%) 3 - 40 100 - 200 Hardness Shore D (binder) 30 - 90 45 - 90

FASTPATCH test data FASTPATCH Binder Tensile Strength (psi) ASTM D 638 1000 Elongation at break (%) ASTM D 639 100 Hardness ASTM D 2240 85 Shore A Binder with Aggregate 200-300 24 - 34 45 Shore D Compressive Strength (psi) ASTM C 579) 1100 Bond to Concrete (psi) ASTM D 4541 500 (w/primer) Impact Strength (ft/lb) ASTM D 3029 Ball Drop (joule) No cracks at 20F Stress @ 5% Deflection (psi) ASTM D 695 500-600 Resilience @ 5% Deflection (%) 95

FASTPATCH – Cold Temperature Capabilities Avoid dew point and wet conditions. Low temperatures retard the cure time and high temperatures accelerate it. Double cure time for every 10f drop below 50f. At 10f, cure time is: 3 hours. Conditioning materials off-sets the retardation of cure time process.
