You must fill out a predonation screening You will have your Pulse, Blood Pressure, and Temperature taken You will have a finger prick sample of your blood taken to assure your blood count is sufficient to give You must have 1 hour of time to give

After Donation Rest Drink plenty of fluids Eat well balanced meals It can take up to 2 weeks to replace your blood. You are eligible to give every 56 days.
