Olumsuzu didn’t use to şeklindedir. “ used to ” bir kalıptır. Geçmişte; alışkın olduğumuz şeylerin bugün kullanılmadığını, yapılmadığını ifade etmek için kullanırız. Belirli bir zaman dilimi vererek past tense den ayırabilmeliyiz. Çünkü used to kullanılan durumun üstünden, uzun zaman geçmiştir. Olumsuzu didn’t use to şeklindedir.
