Presentation transcript:

Before Playing 1. Break into teams. 2. As a class we need: 1 scorekeeper, and 1 timer. 3. Get supplies ready: each group needs a board, erasable marker, and eraser. 4. Each group needs a group name. 5. Each group needs: a leader, a recorder, and team members.

Rules… 1. I will call on groups in order. 2. Your group leader will choose a category and point amount. 3. Your group will have 30 seconds to write the answer on the board. 4. All other groups should write their answers on their boards as well.

Rules… 5. Keep your voices low so other groups don’t hear your answers. 6. When I ring the bell time is UP. STOP talking and look up at me. This is VERY important. If you continue to talk, your group will lose points. 7. Your group will hold your answer board up in the air.

Rules… 8. If your team gets the answer right, then you get the points and it is the next groups turn. 9. If the team gets the answer wrong, then all of the other teams get a chance at HALF of the points. Other teams hold their answers in the air to receive HALF of the point value for the question.
