Identify the Five TK Conflict Modes In Session Objectives – Participants will: Identify the Five TK Conflict Modes Better understand the Five TK Conflict Modes and how they can be utilized Consider using one or more of the Five TK Conflict Modes as a tool in the mediation process

Have you considered the Conflict Modes as a tool? Role of a mediator is to be a neutral working with parties to identify and address their issues/differences. During a mediation, it may be helpful “in the moment” to make use of one or more of the 5 conflict modes as a tool to help manage conflict. Have you considered the Conflict Modes as a tool?
