Mark 10:46 Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus was sitting by the roadside begging.
Having a problem or a weakness is one thing but having them and not acknowledging it is far more dangerous.
Mark 10:47-48 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"
Bartimaeus was a man in great need but He was a man who went to Jesus and trusted him with his weakness.
Mark 10:49-50 Jesus stopped and said, "Call him." So they called to the blind man, "Cheer up! On your feet! He's calling you." Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus.
Mark 10:51-52 "What do you want me to do for you?" Jesus asked him. The blind man said, "Rabbi, I want to see." "Go," said Jesus, "your faith has healed you." Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.
Jesus is committed to touching our lives he wants to help us overcome the Potter’s house is one built on love and compassion

we too can make our request to Jesus “I want to see !”
We need to acknowledge our need then we need to gather people around us who will help us journey with Jesus
We need to decide whether we want to be healed if we do, God seeks a response – we have a part to play
We need to be encouraged if our attitude is right He will help us Jesus is on our side if our attitude is right He will help us
