FAMILY CAR RALLY Save the girl child & Women Empowerment Initiative

Event Brief... Date – 26 th December, Time – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Start Point – Hotel Jaypee Palace, Fatehabad Road, Agra. End Point – Khelgaon Sports Complex, Dayal Bagh, Agra.

Objective To Create Awareness to Save a Girl Child, Educate a Girl Child Make a strong appeal to the society to stop Female Infanticide. To raise funds for the accomplishment of various women empowerment initatives undertaken by Smriti. To create social awareness & to reach maximum people across the country thru local & national media with the support of this event. The event is anticipated to attract a direct viewership of over a lakh of audience & indirect viewership of over a crore thus giving a wonderful opportunity for our organisation to send across its social message to the society & a creating a wonderful opportunity for associates to reach its target audience.

A rally to be carried out from one end of the city to another end of the city following Fatehabad Road & MG Road, covering almost the entire city. Event Brief...

Rally to be participated by Families. Participating Families will decorate their cars on the theme of Save The Girl Child & drive slowly in a line from Hotel Jaypee Palace to Khelgaon Sports Complex.

Event Brief... During the course rally, the judges will evaluate the best decorated car. The Family with best decorated car will win a Cash Prize of Rs /- along with the trophy.

Event Brief... The rally will end up with a mega extravaganza & Stage performance by International Dance Troupe Sadhya at Khelgaon Sports Complex, Dayal Bagh, Agra at 12:00 pm. Smiriti has also planned to honour 50 parents who have only two daughters in the Closing Ceremony with a momento.

Event Brief... The starting venue, the track & the closing venue will be used for the branding purpose of our sponsors & the cause our organisation Smriti is working for. All measures will be taken to give maximum leverage to our associates.

Event Brief... The Closing Ceremony will be attended by Corporate Heads, Business Houses, Media Houses, Eminent Families of the city, Participating Families, & Dignitaries from the city. Entry will only be through invitation.

Event Brief... The winner of the Rally will be awarded with the prize money & trophy during the show.

There will be three category of Sponsors to the event: Main Sponsor : -There will be only one Main Sponsor to the event. -The Main Sponsors name will be prefixed with the name of the Event. -The Main Sponsor will support the event with a donation of ` 5.0 Lacs Co- Sponsor : -There will be two Co-Sponsor to the event. -The Co-Sponsors will be given prominent branding space on different promotional tools as per the sponsorship proposal. -Co-Sponsors will support the event with a donation of ` 3.0 each.
