This was insufficient to commission the study which Grainger were not prepared to support financially. 2010 Further discussions were initiated with Grainger. However at the residents AGM late in 2010 an announcement was made that Grainger had decided to auction the community facilities and requested the MRA to put forward a bid which would be subject to a staircasing payment agreement. Where we are. We were very fortunate to receive a further £7000 of match funding from the HCA (Homes & Communities Agency) in Dec This enabled the study to be started.
