Living things maintain a stable internal environment. This is called homeostasis. Sweat causes body to cool down

Living things respond to their environment. Plants grow toward sunlight

All living things reproduce or have offspring. Organisms produce offspring

Living things obtain and use matter and energy. Organisms eat and use energy

Living things are made up of cells. Organisms are composed of small units

Living things grow and develop. Baby….toddler….teenager….adult
