Overview How to run a Report How to create a Saved Report How to create an Automated Report How to Edit or Delete Saved & Automated Reports

Running a Report 1. Select VRS II Reporting Software from the VT3000 Welcome Page, 2. Select Create a New Report from the VRS II home screen. 3. Select the report Category.

Running a Report 1. Select Template or Type of report – select the Next button. 2. Select Variant or Breakdown of data – select the Next button.

Running a Report 1. Select the Date Range (Dates, Weeks, Months or Years) – select the Next button. 2. Select Time Frame (None, Full Day, Shifts or Specified) - select the Next button.

Running a Report 1. Enter the Options wanted (all reports will have different options) – select the Next button. 2. Review all selected options on Summary page - select the Run button.

Saved Report 1. Close the tab showing the report data – return to the Report Conversion Options page. 2. Select Convert to Saved Report. 3. Saved Report Properties – select Save & Exit button. Name – enter a name for the Saved Report Off Set – select the type of off set you want to use (Dates, Weeks, Months & Years). From – enter how many Days, Weeks, Months or Years to go back for the start of the report. To – enter how many Days, Weeks, Months or Years to go back for the end of the report. Lock Steps – checkmark any step that you do not wish the change when selecting to run the report.

Automated Report 1. Close the tab showing the report data – return to the Report Conversion Options page. 2. Select Convert to an Automated Report. 3. Saved Report Properties – select Next Button. Name – enter a name for the Saved Report Off Set – select the type of off set you want to use (Dates, Weeks, Months & Years). From – enter how many Days, Weeks, Months or Years to go back for the start of the report. To – enter how many Days, Weeks, Months or Years to go back for the end of the report.

Automated Report 4. Add a Time to run the report – select the Next button. Add Time Slot – select the button to add a time for the report to run. Frequency – select to run the report Every Hour, Day or Week. Time – select the time to run the report Days – select the specific Day(s) to run the report 5. Select Report Format & enter Email Addresses – select the Save & Exit button. Report Format – select what type of file will be emailed to the people listed. Email To – enter the complete email address of anyone you wish to send the report to. Use a semicolon to separate multiple addresses. Description – enter a description for the report if needed.

Edit Saved Reports 1. Select Options – select Saved Reports. 2. Select the Edit icon (pencil). 3. Edit any of the fields – select Save & Exit. Name – enter a name for the Saved Report Off Set – select the type of off set you want to use (Dates, Weeks, Months & Years). From – enter how many Days, Weeks, Months or Years to go back for the start of the report. To – enter how many Days, Weeks, Months or Years to go back for the end of the report. Lock Steps - checkmark any step that you do not wish the change when selecting to run the report.

Edit Automated Reports 1. Select Options – select Automated Reports. 2. Select the Edit icon (pencil). 3. Edit any of the options (Properties, Time Slots or Email) – select Save & Exit.
