2 Simple Workshop

2 Simple 2 Simple is an app used to gather observations of children’s learning and achievements against the Early Years profile. It improves the quality and consistency of formative assessment. This app makes it easier to track the progress of the children across each area of learning.

An example of our observations

Areas of learning Literacy Mathematics Communication and Language Personal, social and emotional development Understanding of the world Expressive arts and design Physical development Children will be assessed in these areas and will be graded 1, 2 or 3. We expect children to achieve at least a 2 by the end of the year. Further information will be given later on in the year.

Your observations Every half term we will send you a copy of the observations so you can keep them for your records. If you have not sent your email addresses to the class teachers, please do so as soon as possible so we can email you observations of your child.
