Habit #6 – Synergize (Part 3)

1 +1 = 3 or more What is Synergy? Synergy is achieved when two or more people work together to create a better solution than either could alone. 1 +1 = 3 or more

Synergy is Like Fruit Salad Divide into groups of 4 or 5 Try to have at least one of each kind of “fruit” in your group (based on the survey you took).

Synergy at Work (25 minutes) With your group, use the following supplies to create a machine that does something. 2 sheets of copy paper 4 paper clips 2 rubber bands 12” of tape 5 popsicle sticks 1 pushpin scissors

Presentation of Machines Share with the class how your group’s machine works. Once all machines have been presented, you will vote on your favorite machine.
