OPINIONS GIVING ASKING / CLARIFYING AGREE DISAGREE I suppose for me I’d have to go with .............. As far as I’m concerned .................... As far as I see it, ..... There’s nothing I like more than ...................... What I think is ..................................... I reckon ............................................. I think that fundamentally ............................ Broadly speaking .................................. It’s a tricky point .... I’m torn between X and Y To be honest .... I haven’t got a clue. I just don’t get it! What would you put first? How do you feel about.......? What about .................? Have you made up your mind? What do you think? What’s your opinion on this? Have you considered .....? Would you agree? So what you mean by that is … So you’re saying that …. OPINIONS But don’t you think …? I don’t agree at all. I have my doubts about that I’m not sure I’d totally go along with that What makes you say that? I see what you mean but...... I see your point but .................... I agree with you but........ I see what you’re getting at but .... That’s not quite the way I see it. That’s all very well but … I guess you’re right. That’s the same for me too. I totally agree You’ve got a point there. Quite! Yes, absolutely! Yes, suppose so! I agree with you up to a point. I’m with you on that point. Yes, I’d go along with that! I take that on board. AGREE DISAGREE Speaking Part 3 and 4
