Fig. 1 Changes in neutrophil (N ) and monocyte (M ) surface fluorescence for adhesion molecules CD62L and CD11B before and after flavonoid therapy for 60 days (n = 20 patients). All statistics use the Wilcoxon test. These results show a decrease in all markers except monocyte CD11B after therapy. The decrease in CD62L level was significant statistically. The exact physiologic significance of this decrease remains to be elucidated.
