[Update Reviews] Company Register Adding or updating a review for a Contracted Worker is done by editing the Company that the Contracted Worker is employed by, via the Company Register This is found under People in the Menu Bar ‘Company Register’

[Update Reviews] Edit Company Locate the Company involved in the Company Register Once found, there are two ways to initiate editing the Company: Click Actions then Edit Or: Click the Company ID to view the record, then click Edit

[Update Reviews] Add Review Click the Contracted Worker Reviews tab The tab allows for three different review types: Periodic Reviews Non-compliance reviews and Contract Termination Reviews Click the Add button in the section corresponding to the type of review you’d like to add

[Update Reviews] Add Review cont. Regardless of the review type selected, the form is identical Note that only the date is mandatory, all other fields are optional and left to your discretion Enter the date of the review, either by typing the date into the field, or by clicking the calendar icon and then selecting the date from the date picker If the review relates to work on a particular project, select the Project from the drop-down list.

[Update Reviews] Add Review cont. Type the worker’s name in the Contracted Worker field. Smart Search functionality will help as you type Enter the Reviewer’s name. Again, Smart Search will assist with finding the right person Notes about the review can be entered into the free-text Comments field.

[Update Reviews] Add Review cont. If any files exist in relation to the review, for example a report, this can be attached to the review record. Click Attach file and locate the file. Vault will store a copy. Once all mandatory and relevant information is entered, click Save

[Update Reviews] Edit or Delete Review The review is now displayed in the relevant review register. To delete or edit the details of an existing review, click Actions, then make the appropriate selection
