Data Collection Dates LEP Collection Opens April 26, 2012 Closes June 1, 2012 (all ELL student records must be reported by this date) Adding new students, arriving after close of collection June 14 – June 20, 2012 Full validation (all fields available) Exit window To exit students whose exit determination was not complete by June 1st June 21-June 29, 2012 Limited validation (LEP Record Type and LEP exit date fields open) This is the final time the 11-12 LEP collection will be available for adjustments
