Course structure according to the first evaluation outcomes According to the first outcomes of the evaluation in Italy and Bulgaria, the modules of the course have to be, in some cases, shortened and made more exploitable both for a public of students - being not expert in the field of museums and communication -, and for an audience of skilled people, already working inside museums. However, the course should keep a high level in order to gain final declaration of course attendance.

COURSE PARTICIPANTS The course will be attended by a whole number of 78 beneficiaries: 12 Museum operators in Italy, Romania and Bulgaria (tot. 36); 14 Museum operators and students in the United Kingdom (tot. 14); 14 University students in Italy and Romania (tot 28)

NEXT STEPS February 29 th : End of translations into Italian, Bulgarian and Romanian March 12 th : All the texts uploaded in the website. March 15 th : All the partners will send a list of participants to the course, according to the form sent by Irene a few months ago (Thank you to the Bulgarian friends). April, 2 nd : Start up of the course

FINAL COURSE SCHEDULE Module I: 2 April to 16 April Module II: 17 April to 10 May Module III: 11 May to 4 June Module IV: 5 June to 23 June Final test: 25 June to 30 June

TECHNICAL ISSUES 1. How to access the course: To access the course, students have to put Userid e passwords in the reserved area of the course platform. Userid e passwords are provided by TRUST. 2. When will the Modules be available? Course Modules will be gradually made available on the web platform, according to the schedule that we have just seen. 3. Tests At the end of each Module, students have the chance to do a self- evaluation test (answering to 10 true/false questions). It is not mandatory to pass such tests to access the next Module. HOWEVER….

TECHNICAL ISSUES 4. Final test In order to get a final declaration of course attendance, students have to submit a final test based on 30 true/false questions. It is mandatory to pass the test, to get the declaration. Passing grade is a minimum of 20 correct answers (out of 30 total questions). ! Students have only one chance to pass the final test !

COURSE INTERMEDIATE EVALUATION At the middle of the training path, the course participants will be requested to evaluate the course (intermediate course evaluation).

COURSE INTERMEDIATE EVALUATION Each partner involved will have to produce a report concerning the course implementation and possible criticalities. INTERMEDIATE EVALUATION SCHEDULE: FROM 10 TO 15 MAY

VALORISATION EVENTS SCHEDULE At the end of the course, each Partner Museums will organise a valorisation event, on the basis of what acquired during the course for Museum Communicator. THE EVENTS WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN MAY AND JULY 2012.
