Physician Assistant PAs practice medicine under the supervision of a Physician or Surgeon. PAs generally work in primary care but they can be found ERs, pediatrics, and psychiatry. Physicians assistants generally spend the most amount of hands-on time with patients. Average salary:$90,930 Number of jobs: 86,700/38% increase Education required: Master's degree. This is obtained by attending a 2 year PA program after receiving a bachelor's degree as well as healthcare work experience.
