summary In the story, Stone Fox, you will meet Little Willy, Grandfather, and Searchlight. They live on a potato farm in Jackson, Wyoming. Grandfather becomes ill and Little Willy tries to help him. He enters the National Dogsled Race to win the money and to pay the taxes for the potato farm. If you want to know if grandfather gets better, read the book.

Character Traits I am brave to touch Stone Fox’s Samoyeds. I was strong to get through my sickness. I am energetic because I was sliding around the corners when I raced.
