GUIDING PRINCIPLES Guiding principles are expressions of biblically-based values. They serve to remind us of who we are to become and of the behaviors that we must adopt as we strive to carry out Gods purpose. They point us in a direction, and aid us (individually and collectively) in determining a path, while providing a standard of accountability for decisions made.

Principles that Guide us: Jesus is Lord and Savior - In all that we say and do we serve Jesus, for by His grace we are saved through faith. - Ensure that Jesus Christ is the center of who we are, and all that we do and say. Trust in the Lord – Through God all things are possible. - Realize that our limitations are not Gods limitations. Trust His promises! Call on God. - Pray often…pray confidently. God hears our prayers and knows our needs. Invite and welcome all people. - We follow Jesus example to be boldly inclusive. All people means everyone…no limitations…no exceptions.

Principles that Guide us: Share Gods blessings generously as we are generously blessed. - All that we have…everything…is a blessing from God. As we have been blessed, so we are called to be a blessing to others. We do this in the name of Jesus Christ. Proclaim the Good News of the love of Christ in word and deed at all times and in all places. - We are called to be 24/7 witnesses of Christs love for all. The call is for nothing less! We participate in a global communion of churches as ecumenical Lutherans. - We are members of the world-wide Body of Christ who uphold the Lutheran Confessions and work to establish Gods Kingdom on earth as Ambassadors of Christ.

Principles that Guide us: Jesus is Lord and Savior - In all that we say and do we serve Jesus, for by His grace we are saved through faith. Trust in the Lord - Through God all things are possible.
