April 23rd is the International Children’s Day.
It is a present for all the children in the world from our great leader M. K. Atatürk.
Turkish children decorate their classrooms and schools with flags and balloons.
Turkish children are always happy on that day. Because children from different countries come to Turkey for this day.
They have performances at the sport halls , stadiums or open – air theatres in Antalya.
They organize bands and gymnastic groups and sing songs. We watch different folk dances.
All the children are friends.
They can’t speak the same language , but they can speak the language of friendship.
