Quise Quisiste Quiso Quisimos Quisisteis Quisieron Querer: Used to talk about reactions to specific events. Meaning having the urge (wanted) to do something, or refusing to do something. (when negative) Quise Quisiste Quiso Quisimos Quisisteis Quisieron

Ejemplos: Él quiso ir con ella cuando supo de su partido. He wanted to go with her when he found out she was leaving.

But don’t forget about these guys!! Ponerse and sentirse: to describe how you became or felt emotionaly. Te pusiste contento cuando… Me sentí cansado después de escuela. Estar: to talk about being or feeling a certain way for a period of time. Estuve enfermo por dos días.
