Call for Proposals September 2013 IEEE 802.15.4q TG is issuing a call for proposals. The scope of proposals is strictly limited those described in the Project Authorization Request (PAR) document 15-12-0386-06-004q-ulp-par.pdf (https://mentor.ieee.org/802.15/dcn/12/15-12-0386-06-004q-ulp-par.pdf). Proposals must be submitted to the IEEE 802.15 document server and a notification must be emailed to the TG 4q chair, Dr. Shahriar Emami (Shahriar.e@samsung.com) and TG4q reflector no later than November 04, 2013 (23:59 UTC). Any proposals received after that date will not be heard. Proposers are requested to prepare proposal presentations which will be presented to TG4q members. Each proposal should be fully described in MS Office or pdf format. Power point can be used to present the proposals to the group. Presentations and discussion of the proposals are scheduled at the November IEEE 802.15 Sessions, which is scheduled on November 10-15, 2013, Dallas, Tx, USA.
