What are your plans for the summer? Play from 18 seconds  and finish at 5:22 

What do you think to this plan for the summer? Malala Yousafzai (19) plans to spend her summer travelling the world campaigning for all girls to have the right to an education. Is this how she should be spending her summer when she has just completed her A’ Levels? What do you think? Why?

Who is Malala Yousafzai? Malala Yousafzai, is a Pakistani campaigner who survived being shot in the head by Taliban gunmen. But it was after she was attacked as she boarded her school bus in October 2012, aged 15, that her fight made global headlines to gain the right to education for all girls.

Can we do anything different during our summer holidays? We may not be able to do what Malala plans to do during her summer but we can think small. What do you think you can do this summer to help others?
