Scrapbook 38 Theresa Avenue, Camps Bay page 1

We like the slim style of the columns very much as well as the overlapping roofs. page 2

Slender shape of the columns. page 3

We like the style of the roof a lot We like the style of the roof a lot. That would surely look great on our penthouse. page 4

The combination of the colours is very appealing to us http://www.campsbayapartments.com/campsbay-bond-house-gallery.html We like the light architecture of the building especially the roof and the columns. The combination of the colours is very appealing to us We appreciate the open plan structure, the room spaces and the inside/outside feeling Although it is huge it does not look very big, but elegant, light and airy page 5

We like that they used the same floor tiles for inside and outside We like that they used the same floor tiles for inside and outside. See also following pages 6 and 7. page 6

page 7

page 8

Love the smooth transition from light floor to light blue pool to dark blue ocean… page 9

Within this smooth combination of colors we like the contrast of the timber deck a lot. Yet we are not sure whether we would like to partly have a wooden deck in our pool area too. page 10

We like the idea of using natural elements for decoration. page 11

page 12

We like the combination of the colors. page 13

This is 14 Theresa Ave. Here it is not so much the detail we like This is 14 Theresa Ave. Here it is not so much the detail we like. It‘s more the feeling that was created with opening up towards the street. It is open but still secure. There are boundaries but you can still see the house. page 14

As we are not very fond of manual shutters we were thinking of these roller blinds. http://www.gueller.ch/ger_image_1606/Rollladen_Galerie.html page 15

We like this plasterwork. page 16

We love the concept that the small kitchen functions as bar / dining area too. page 17

Very interesting kitchen concept for a rental apartment Very interesting kitchen concept for a rental apartment. We might not need the oven and for sure not that many cupboards. http://www.joindes.com/kitchen-designs/volare-kitchen-contemporary-collection-by-aran-cucine/ page 18

We like that the surface of the pool is on the very same level as the floor. It almost looks like a mirror on the floor with the gentle transition from water to the floor tiles. page 19

We find this very beautiful because it is simple but still absolutely appealing. page 20

We love the dark wooden floor in combination with the white furniture. page 21

Also very nice transition from water to ground Also very nice transition from water to ground. We also like the idea of outside furniture that looks like inside furniture. Guess, we’ve just seen too many rattan lounges ;-) page 22

We love the style. Might be a good concept for the bathroom in a rental apartment. http://beyourself-alape.com/modularitaet.php page 23

We find that it does not take a lot of room but gives you enough storage so that you don’t need additional cupboards. page 24

We love the idea of the mirror coming down the ceiling We love the idea of the mirror coming down the ceiling. Like that you can have the bathroom facing the sea and you will have a great view while putting your make-up. page 25

Amazing how simple and functional this concept is. page 26
