HOW CAN WE HELP? When speaking to someone who is hearing impaired, make sure that you: Face them Make sure your mouth is visible Don’t give up and say ‘I’ll tell you later’ Cue in attention Cut out the background noise…

Our Classrooms Our classrooms are places of work and should be quiet and purposeful. Help those hard of hearing by only talking when directed by the teacher.
