Figure Trial profile *Selected church has to be centrally located in the community and had at least 20 infant baptisms done each year for the past 3 years. †Additional 44 smaller churches close to coordinating churches were assigned to intervention group and an additional 23 smaller backup churches close to coordinating churches were assigned to control group. These smaller churches follow the randomisation group of the main coordinating church using a spoke and wheel approach.
