What are the sensory properties of Food? Lesson objective – to understand the effect of preparations and cooking on the sensory properties of food

What are the four senses Using your sheet start to write these down? You have carried out sensory analysis tasks before, what are these? Why is it important to use our senses when planning to eat food? Organoleptic – means what?
